Whether you need a WiFi installed, ongoing software training, or setting up automated personal data backups, our team wants to make sure we understand what’s important to you

Plan

After we meet with you, we develop three different approaches to help address your technology needs by providing ongoing service, support, and education. We present these three packages to you and describe them in detail so that you can select the plan that best meets your needs and your budget

Deliver

Once you choose the plan that works for you, we get work on putting it into action. Most clients have some immediate material needs, such as replacing smoke detectors, installing a video doorbell, or fixing their computer, so we tend to those right away. Next, we set up a schedule for our visits. Most clients have us come by once a week, or once a month. During these visits, we attend to any issues or questions that have come up since our last appointment, and then we work through your Education Plan with the remaining time.
